How long will it take for my order to ship?

For sets that are made to order, please allow a 7-14 day processing time and a shipping time of about 3-5 days. While this processing time may not be the case all the time (I will make it known when we are experiencing high volume) you should still keep this in mind.

Sizing Kits and Ready to Ship sets will ship in 3-5 days.

How Will I Know What Size to Order?

You can refer to the Sizing page on our website or the Sizing tab in our highlights for instructions on how to measure your nails and get your sizes. You also have the option of buying a Sizing Kit for the shape you desire in order to get an exact reading - they are $1 each.

We offer sizes XS-L which should generally fit fine, but if you are not sure about what size you would fit please make sure to either measure your nails yourself, or purchase a Sizing Kit.

We are NOT responsible for incorrect sizing, and due to the nature of the product, refunds and exchanges will NOT be given (sorry!)

Do You Take Custom Orders?

Yes! However, due to personal circumstances, I will only be taking a maximum of 5 custom orders per month. If interested in a custom set please either visit the Custom Sets page or send us an email at fleurescentnails@gmail.com
